We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We offer refunds on unopened tile sets returned within 7 days of order delivery date. Please DO NOT OPEN your set or unwrap from shrink wrap unless you are planning to keep your tile set.

We are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return your item and place a separate order for the product you would like.

Return shipping is the customers responsibility and will not be reimbursed by AMAHJ. Please allow 3-5 days to process returns. You will receive an email confirmation once your return and refund is processed.
