SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
When will my order ship?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. How much does shipping cost?
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping of $6.99 on all U.S. orders — no surprises at checkout. Please note that we currently ship within the United States only and are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Amahj Line ships within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future and appreciate your patience and understanding. 🖤
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. Please ensure a valid residential or business street address is provided at checkout to avoid any delays with your order.
Where is my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 2-3 business days from the time of your order for processing. If you believe your tracking email may have been missed, we kindly ask that you check your spam or junk folder before reaching out. Still can't find it? My tracking isn't updating — is something wrong?
We completely understand how exciting it is to follow your package! 🖤 Occasionally, tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is received. This is completely normal and simply means your package is moving through the carrier's network. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@amahjline.com and we will look into it right away.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We completely understand that mistakes happen, and we wish we could accommodate every request. Unfortunately, due to our order processing requirements, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. Can I cancel my order?
We appreciate you reaching out. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Our fulfillment process begins promptly to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, and we are unable to interrupt this process once it has begun. I purchased on the GMA website — can I get a price adjustment?
All purchases made through the GMA Steals & Deals platform are final at the sale price and no price adjustments can be made in either direction. RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
At Amahj Line, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original wrapped condition. All original packaging, protective coverings, and accessories must be included. Proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt is required, and items must be in resalable condition. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@amahjline.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include "GMA RETURN" in the subject line along with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, your reason for returning, and a photo of the product in its original packaging. 🖤
What items are NOT eligible for return?
To maintain the highest standards of quality for all of our customers, any item that has been opened, used, worn, damaged, altered, or is missing its original packaging is not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that all return requests meet our eligibility requirements. 🖤
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Amahj Line is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. 🖤
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. Thank you for your patience. 🖤
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE & INCORRECT ITEMS
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
We sincerely apologize that your order did not arrive in perfect condition — that is never the experience we want for you. 🖤 Please contact us at support@amahjline.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or defective item. Once the issue is confirmed, we will work with you promptly to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
We sincerely apologize for this error and want to make it right as quickly as possible. 🖤 Please contact us at support@amahjline.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the incorrect item received. Once confirmed, we will work with you to provide the correct item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you. Thank you for your grace and patience.
